While the Business Golf Academy is open to all professionals, our focus is on empowering executive women, an audience often overlooked in traditional golf settings. We create space where women can build confidence, sharpen strategy, and step onto the course with purpose and presence.
As a Public-Private Partnership (P3) Strategist, I’ve worked across sectors long enough to know that businesses, educators, and community leaders often want the same outcomes, but they speak very different languages. My role is to connect those worlds in a way that leads to sustainable impact.
Where one organization may see a workforce gap, I see an opportunity to create a career pathway. Where a school sees disengaged students, I help design real-world programs that connect learning to life. Where a community feels overlooked, I introduce partners who are ready to invest, not just donate.
One of my most meaningful projects brought together a university and small businesses who were seeking dependable, skilled workers. Instead of hosting another job fair, I created a practical program where students built professional skills, learned how to navigate the business world, and even used golf as a tool for networking. It was a partnership that continues to open doors for young people and strengthens the local talent pipeline.
